The complex of the SPORTS CENTER Rajevac is located in a picturesque mountain environment in the town of Cajetina, near Zlatibor. Through the project of reconstruction and extension, the existing concrete skeleton of the building gained new life. The architectural design followed the mountain ambience, including recognizable exterior details such as wooden roof trusses and a complex roof with dormer windows. However, it was necessary for the building to stand out from the mountain house and to get a refined and clear identity of the sports centre, and a boutique hotel, which the architect achieved with modern elements and color of the exterior. The facility has an entrance foyer with reception, restaurant, accommodation for 48 people and an attic space for meetings and relaxation, with an attractive view of the surrounding pine forests. The project of the external arrangement of the complex envisages the garden of the restaurant, which is connected to the amphitheatre intended for gathering athletes. In addition to the above, the complex has one multifunctional and two football fields.
